Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals. Drive innovation and ensure the technological growth of the organization.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of our open-source solutions. Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.
Team Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Product Development:
Guide the development of new products and services, from concept to market launch. Ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the executive team, clients, and partners to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Communicate the value of our technology strategy to stakeholders.
Market Insight:
Stay abreast of emerging trends in open-source and enterprise technologies. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as a CTO or VP of Engineering.Extensive knowledge of open-source technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful technology strategy development and execution.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.Experience with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced technical certifications are a plus.
Open Source Solutions Architect
Responsibilities:
Design and implement open-source solutions for enterprise clients.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in open-source technologies (e.g., Linux, KVM, Docker).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.Excellent communication skills.
